A chic vintage tailored skirt suit from the 80s by luxury American fashion designer, Bill Kaiserman, a prestigious designer who won the coveted Coty fashion Award four times. Known for his high quality, Italian made clothing and use of innovative fabrication. This two piece mini skirt and blazer jacket ensemble is a great example of his work. Made in Italy, from a black cotton creating a tongue-in-cheek moment with a fun, whimsical coconut pattern embroidered throughout the fabric on a sharply cut, tailored silhouette.
The lapels of the jacket are wide and peaked which is complemented well by the pointed hem. It fastens with a single button and has long sleeves and structured shoulder pads giving a dramatic look. The short skirt is simply cut, letting the bold embroidered pattern speak for itself.
